Direction :

1.  Sock the ball in water . Steaming it by steamer or heating into microwave for 1-3 minute and leaves it little cools down.
2. Simply apply the compress to the site (as hot as the client can stand without burning). Bring the ball to massage on area of body that you want in clockwise direction with moderate pressure.
3. After used the ball , should be left it cool and dry. Then put ball into plastic bag and place it in refrigerator.  It would be kept the ball with the longer time approximately 3 Months.
